In house painting of metalwork to either a gloss or textured finish is carried out ensuring a consistent paint quality, thickness and finish. Powder is applied using an electrostatic powder coating unit operated within a water wash spray booth with all component parts baked in a hot-air recirculation oven.
Assembly is also carried out in house, with plastic fabricators, qualified electricians and plumbers achieving the desired pre-wired and pre-plumbed product, ready for delivery and site installation.
Delivery and installation is carried out using our own fleet of vehicles and highly skilled directly employed installation engineers.
Commissioning and maintenance is also undertaken by our own skilled engineers.
A turnkey solution is also available with a package of work including the fume extraction systems. These can be either independent or linked system, constant air volume or more energy efficient variable air volume.

Within our 20,000 square foot factory, all products are designed and manufactured using modern CAD/CAM/CNC facilities.
Raw sheets of zintec mild steel are procured and cut, punched and bent using 3 metre guillotine, CNC precision punch and CNC press-brake. Welding is carried out by a team of highly skilled MIG and TIG welders with welds ground flush and smoothed to a superior standard.
